Places in Europe
Europe has more than fifty countries that comprise this continent. This is one of the most visited continents; this is because you can easily go to the nearby places. This is accessible through the railways and tram transportation that are interconnected with the other cities in Europe. It is convenient and accessible to travel and can always travel by land if you want to go to the nearby countries and cities.
There are a lot of places to see and visit in Europe. The places that are mostly visited by tourists are Barcelona, Lisbon, London, Moscow and Paris and many more. In Barcelona, you will most likely love the arts, its people, and its fiestas and so on. This is also home of the most important collection by the artists Picasso and Miro and also the architectural buildings that has the works of the famous artist Gaudi. This is also one of the famous destinations in the summer time where there is always a fiesta that is being celebrated and also try some of the Spanish cuisines, their tapas bars are a must visit when you are in this city. Like Barcelona, Lisbon is also rich in historical structures; they have numerous impressive church towers, domes and buildings. You will also appreciate the beauty of its city from the river and also the mosaic street and pavements and also its cafes.
On the other hand, London is famous for its Royal Family, the Westminster Abbey and the Big Ben and so on. This city is also famous for its theater shows, and home to some prestigious universities. This is a combination of both traditional and modern city. In the place where communism started, Moscow is also one of the places that you would want to visit in Europe. You will find also both the historical structures, churches, ancient monasteries and the modern establishments such as department stores in this city. And last but not the least, Paris, this is the most visited place in Europe, this is also called as the City of Romance. This is the city of all the cities in Europe. This is where most of the impressive monuments and artworks, and where wine is famous for and fashion and so on. Not to mention the glamorous nightlife! Imagine a poker room in Berlin, formula one at Monaco or Gucci in London – experiences like this really can add an exciting twist to you holidays!
These are just some of the cities that I have mentioned; there are still more than fifty countries that you can visit in Europe. All of which is rich in history and culture and all worth to pay a visit.
